If your Holdwell product isn't right for you, you can request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered and get a refund of the product price.

How to return an item

  1. Contact us by email at support@holdwellco.com or through the form on our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. Please contact us before sending anything back.
  2. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely with all straps and included accessories. Items should be clean and complete.
  4. Ship it back using a tracked service and keep your tracking number until the refund is confirmed.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item. In those cases we cover the cost or send a replacement at no charge.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need extra time to show the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us.

The original shipping fee, if you paid one, is not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Wrong size? We can exchange it

If the size doesn't fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help you exchange it for another size, subject to availability.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund you.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible, because orders are processed quickly. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can still return it under this policy.
