Using our store

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you order. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

Products, prices and orders

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different on different screens. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or limited stock, and we will refund you in full if we cancel after payment.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Health disclaimer

Holdwell products are designed for everyday comfort and support. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Results vary from person to person. If you have a diagnosed spine, shoulder or other medical condition, or you are pregnant, check with your doctor before using our products. Stop using a product if it causes pain or discomfort.

All text, images, logos and other content on this site belong to Holdwell or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Holdwell is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
